Terms of Service
By accessing or using VideoVoice (the “Service”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service (“Terms”). Please read them carefully. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
1. Description of Service
VideoVoice is an AI-powered video dubbing platform that translates and re-voices short-form video content into other languages while preserving the speaker's voice characteristics and background audio. The Service is provided as-is and is subject to change at any time.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction) to use the Service. By using the Service you represent that you meet this requirement.
3. User Responsibilities
You agree that you will not:
- Upload content you do not own or have explicit permission to process.
- Use the Service to dub, clone, or misrepresent the voice of any person without their consent.
- Produce or distribute content that is defamatory, obscene, or violates any applicable law.
- Attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, or abuse the Service's infrastructure.
- Circumvent any rate limits, access controls, or billing mechanisms.
4. Content You Submit
You retain ownership of all video files and audio you submit. By submitting content, you grant VideoVoice a limited, non-exclusive licence to process that content solely for the purpose of delivering the Service to you. We do not claim any ownership over your input or output files.
You are solely responsible for ensuring you have the rights to any video, music, voice, or other material included in files you submit.
5. AI-Generated Output
Dubbed output is generated by automated AI pipelines and may contain errors, mistranslations, or artefacts. VideoVoice does not guarantee the accuracy, quality, or suitability of any output for any particular purpose. You are responsible for reviewing output before publishing or distributing it.
Voice cloning technology produces synthetic speech. You must not use AI-generated voice output to impersonate, deceive, or harass any individual.
6. Intellectual Property
The VideoVoice platform, including its UI, models, and pipeline infrastructure, is the exclusive property of VideoVoice and its licensors. Nothing in these Terms transfers any IP rights to you beyond the limited right to use the Service as described herein.
7. Payment & Subscriptions
Paid plans are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis. All fees are non-refundable except where required by law. We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days' notice. Failure to pay may result in suspension or termination of your account.
Free access (currently free for a limited time) is provided at VideoVoice's sole discretion and may be modified or withdrawn at any time.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, VideoVoice and its affiliates, officers, and employees shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of your use of or inability to use the Service, even if advised of the possibility of such damages.
Our total aggregate liability for any claim arising from these Terms or the Service shall not exceed the greater of (a) the amount you paid VideoVoice in the 12 months preceding the claim, or (b) US$50.
9. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time, with or without notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users, VideoVoice, or third parties, or for any other reason at our sole discretion. You may stop using the Service at any time.
10. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will revise the “Last updated” date above. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
11. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
